Executive Order 15/25 - Department Guides Standards
By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby establish that all Department Guides must be standardized in their respective Department forums and shall not be on PDFs or any other external documents, with an exception defined underneath. This decision is made to prevent Department Guides from getting lost and to be more accessible.

This decision is made to prevent Department Guides from getting lost and to be more accessible.
Section 1. Department Guides
- A Department Guide is a guide defined by the leadership of each Department. The purpose of Department Guides is to train new employees and to serve as a resource detailing the current established processes for the government jobs within the Department.
 - Department Guides must be clear and must be regularly updated to both follow the laws in action at any moment, and to be consistent with the currently existing processes within the Department.
 
Section 2. Standardization of Department Guides
- Department leadership shall set the standards for each Department’s Guides.
 - Each Department is to individually decide these standards. These standards will then apply to all the guides within their Department.
 - The standards shall define the format of the guides. They shall also define to whom the guides apply, and to whom the guides will be visible.
 
Section 3. General Regulations of Department Guides
- Department Guides must be defined on their respective Department forums. They cannot be defined in PDFs or any other external documents, except for Google Sheets as long as they are transferred to [email protected] after preparation.
 - The guides must include a list of the laws in action affecting the position in question.
 
Transitional Provision
- There shall be a 1 month transitional period from the publishing of this Executive Order to update all Department Guides and move them to the forums. After this transitional period all Department Guides must be in line with this Executive Order and must be posted on their respective Department’s forums.
