Whereas, a "President may issue and revoke Executive Orders to ensure good governance of the server" (Const. 24(5));
Whereas, Section 29(1)(b) of the Constitution tasks Secretaries with "[c]reating and amending departmental policy in accordance with the President’s direction".
Whereas, from time to time, the President may direct the cessation of work by certain government departments, in the interest of good governance of the server;
Whereas, clarification as to what a government work stoppage requires should be laid out in clear and plain language;
Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Just_Jada, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
§ 1. PURPOSE AND INTENT
1. To work on the Democracy Craft server.
§ 2. DEPARTMENT STAFF STRUCTURE
1. Upon the signing of this order, any staff members who wanna work can, as they literally have free will.
§ 3. ENACTMENT
This Executive Order shall take effect 2 days after signing
