Amend Aventura Bylaw (The Resident Requirement Act) requirement of being a resident to participate in events.



BE IT ENACTED by the Mayor and Council of Aventura:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Events Resident Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons

(1) All residents from all of the Commonwealth of Redmont should be able to legally participate in aventura run events for a stronger bond within the Commonwealth of Redmont and aventura.

(2) Everybody should be allowed to join an event and have fun with their friends no matter where there a resident

3 - Amendments

(1) The text in the color red means removal of the text.

(2) The Resident Requirement Act shall be changed to say as follows.

• In order for a citizen to be a resident of the Town. they must set their in-game residency to Aventura
  • This requirement is needed in order to participate in elections & events.
