1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ''.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative shadownba.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Deputy Speaker bigpappa140


2 - Reasons
(1) There are many events where players abuse other players and completely wipe out events, we need to stop this.
(2) There are fighting events where it says not to use /complaint, but players use it anyway.
(3) Police officers will be there to fine and arrest players so things don't get too out of hand.

3 - Terms
(1) Police officers will give out a fine up to $2,500 depending on the damages done.
(2) 2 police officers are required to be at events.

Fines:

$500: Toxicity and 2 - 3 murders

$1,000: 5 players killed and not following event coordinator's instructions

$1,500: Abusing players and not following event coordinator's instructions

$2,500: Killing a whole event, abusing players, and not following event coordinator's instructions
