COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
The Defendant has falsely claimed to have the lowest prices in all of Reveille regarding the sale of their ores. This is simply false and hurts my business as I also sell ores.
I. PARTIES
1. Defendant: EvilGrift
2. Plaintiff: Ebborsnam
II. FACTS
1. The Defendant has used /ad to issue false statements of the pricing of their wares.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. This conduct breaches 'Misleading Conduct in Trade or Commerce' from the Civil Code Act (Part VI subsection 3). This is defined as "A person commits a violation if the person: engages in conduct that is misleading, deceptive, or likely to mislead or deceive another person in connection with the promotion, sale, or supply of goods or services." We clearly see that the Defendant attempts to mislead potential buyer in connection with the sale of their goods.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. The civil code act allows for a remedy of up to 250 Civil Penalty units (which is equal to 25000 dollars). I will request a 10000 dollar relief for the time I have to invest into this court case, and the potential business I have lost due to the Defendant's conduct.
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
