IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION

dygyee
Plaintiff

v.

Rockefeller
Defendant

COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

I. PARTIES
1. dygyee (Plaintiff)
2. Rockefeller (Defendant) (It's a company)
3. Assailant (Owner of Rockefeller)

II. FACTS
1. dygyee decided to gamble at the Rockefeller Casino, and played the $50 dollar slot machine 20 times.
2. Despite the odds being labeled as 4/9, dygyee only won 5/22.
3. This means that the chance that the casino's odds were correct, were 3% which is less than the statistically significant 5%.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. We can be 97% sure that the Casino displayed false odds, which got dygyee to gamble more than he would have if the odds were correct.
2. dygyee spent over $1000 at the casino while trying to win at something that was much harder to win at than what was displayed.
3. Because the casino likely lied to get dygyee to gamble, dygyee is entitled to his money back.
4. I would also like to remind the courts that because this is a civil case and not a criminal case, I just need to prove that its more likely that they lied about their odds than not.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $1,100 (Money spent on the slot machine with false odds)
2. $150 (Legal fee)

Exhibit 1: Proof of gambling.

Exhibit 2: Proof of Casino's odds as well as proof of gambling
Screenshot (379).png

Exhibit 3: Proof of Fail/Success rate. (Each Stick is 1 roll, each sugar cane is 1 fail)

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

DATED: This 7th day of September 2022

Verdict

I am hereby dismissing this case without prejudice for the following reasons: when you gamble you understand that you can either win it all or lose it all. If you have a bad day at a casino you cannot sue because you lost money. The Rockefeller casino has not broken any laws. Your claim for relief is mostly speculation and you haven't even listed what laws they have broken. I recommend that if you re-file this case to please be more clear in what laws Rockefeller Casino has broken.
