COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff brings this case before the District Court to seek remedies for a breach of agreement and fraudulent behavior committed by the Defendant.
I. STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On July 7th 2026, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an agreement regarding the purchase of a vehicle.
2. The Defendant explicitly stated in in-game chat that they would provide "A normal car" in exchange for .
3. The Plaintiff fulfilled their end of the agreement by transferring $1,900 to the Defendant.
4. Upon receiving the payment, the Defendant failed to deliver the promised assets and accused the Plaintiff of scamming.
II. CAUSES OF ACTION
1. Breach of Contract: The Defendant failed to fulfill a mutually agreed-upon transaction after receiving compensation.
2. The Defendant intentionally deceived the Plaintiff to obtain financial gain with no intent to fulfill their obligation.
III. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff respectfully requests the Court to grant the following relief:
1. Full restitution of the scammed assets/funds totaling $1,900.
2. Punitive damages for the distress and time wasted due to the fraud.
