Reform Drug Laws

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This bill may be cited as the "Drug Laws Reform act
(2) This bill will be enacted immediately upon signage
(3) This bill was penned by Representative BubbaRC

2 - Reasons
As it currently stands the current drug bill is unpopular

3 - Repeal
(1) Hereby rescinds and repeals 1950minecrafter's "Drugs act"

4 - Terms
(1) Any drugs, (besides those listed under section five,) are hereby illegal and punishable under 218218consumer's “Drug Trafficking and Possession Legalization Act” should they be sold

5 - Legal Drugs
(1) Any pharmacy item or medication sold by a doctor for treatment of a patient
(2) Marijuana
