(1) §3 of the Appropriations Act shall be amended as follows:

(i) Revenue earned by Departments shall not be spent as part of a Department's expenses.

(2) Commissions are included.

(3) All government departments, the Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch will receive a monthly budget.

(4) The judicial budget does not include court payouts nor fines.

4. Departments will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance:

Reasons and Intent does say $200,000. It appropriates $300,000 to the DOE. I forgot to update the Reasons and Intent when I was notified of the DOE needing $300 thousand instead of $200 thousand

This bill is granted presidential assent and is hereby signed into law.
