CONGRESS OF THE
COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
A BILL TO
APPROPRIATE EMERGENCY FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION BUDGET
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1. Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘DOE Emergency Appropriations Amendment Act’
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative Antonfr.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative Stanley582.
(5) This Act amends the following acts:
(a) Appropriations Act - June 2026
2. Reasons and Intent
(1) The Department of Education currently has no money.
(2) The DOE makes essential trade payments which many players rely on for income.
(3) This bill fixes the deficit by appropriating $200,000 to the DOE, the amount requested by the Acting Secretary.
PART II — AMENDMENTS
3. Amendments to the Appropriations Act - June 2026
(1) §3 of the Appropriations Act shall be amended as follows:
"3. Notes
(1) This is an exhaustive list of all expenses.
(i) Revenue earned by Departments shall not be spent as part of a Department's expenses.
(2) Commissions are included.
(3) All government departments, the Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch will receive a monthly budget.
(4) The judicial budget does not include court payouts nor fines.
4. Departments will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance:
(1) Department of State (DOS): $350,000;
(2) Department of Homeland Security (DHS) $420,000;
(3) Department of Justice (DOJ): $450,000
(4) Department of Commerce (DOC): $500,000;
(5) Department of Public Affairs (DPA): $425,000;
(6) Department of Construction and Transportation (DCT) $495,000;
(7) Department of Health (DOH): $900,000;
(8) Department of Interior (DOI): $800,000;
(9) Department of Education (DOE):
