create precise regulation if the DCT unlawfully evicted a plot.
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "DCT Eviction Regulation Act.”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been co-sponsored by representative 1950minecrafter.
2 - Reasons
Currently, there is no precise regulation in the event that the DCT illegally evicted a plot, this is to be changed with this bill to avoid confusion in court, and to give the victim a fair trial.
3 - Introduction of a precise regulation if the DCT unlawfully evicted a plot
Whenever the DCT unlawfully evicted a plot it must pay the market price of the plot plus $1000 damages to the victim, the determination of the market price is decided by the judge in consultation with the DEC.
If a sale deal has already been made for the plot, the DCT must pay a fine of 1000$ to the affected buyer or company, if there are several private buyers, the money will be divided.
