The in-game company DC_Guessr is owned by Corvyx. Owning the in-game company does not of itself make a person an interest holder or agent of the entity (RCEA s8(3)).

Objection to the Certificate of Conversion
certificate objection · filed by edwardcul1en

The Department does not sign the Certificate of Conversion filed on Fri, 02 Oct 2026 00:35:43 GMT. As a non-profit doesn't technically have "owners", you can't convert it like this. If you wish to stop using this as a non-profit, you can file for dissolution. Funds could then be dispersed to the government, another non-profit, or any donors (up to the amount that they donated).

The entity may cure the objection and file again (RCEA s20(6)).

Electronically signed by edwardcul1en as delegate of the Commerce Secretary
