Amend the Culture and Holiday Act​

BE IT ENACTED by the Council of Aventura:

1 - Short Title

(1) This Act may be cited as the "Culture and Holiday (Aventura Revolution Day) Amendment Act."
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons

(1) The Aventura Revolution represents a significant event in the history of Aventura.
(2) The anniversary of the Revolution should be formally recognized as a town holiday.

3 - Amendments

(1) Section 5(3) of the Culture and Holiday Act shall be amended by inserting the following subsection:

(d) 7 June - Aventura Revolution Day

(2) All subsequent subsections shall be renumbered accordingly where necessary.
