IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION

Crazy Sprite's Fireworks (The Lovely Law Firm Representing)
Plaintiff

v.

The Commonwealth of Redmont
Defendant

COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

I. PARTIES
1. Crazy Sprite's Fireworks (Plaintiff)
2. The Commonwealth of Redmont (Defendant)
3. byeSprite (Witness & Owner of Crazy Sprite's Fireworks)
4. Rurge (Witness)
5. RelaxedGV (Witness)
6. Mask3D_WOLF (Counsel)
7. nnmc (Co-Counsel)
8. AlexanderLove (Co-Counsel)

II. FACTS
1. The president signed an executive order for the purge, making murder, among other things, legal.
2. During the purge, Crazy Sprite's Fireworks was sold out.
3. byeSprite, trying to keep the business running, attempted to restock Crazy Sprite's Fireworks.
4. byeSprite was not able to properly restock due to him being killed (which was due to the purge).
5. As a result, Crazy Sprite's Fireworks suffered a financial loss.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Because Crazy Sprite's Fireworks was sold out, byeSprite was trying to restock it but was killed multiple times due to the government implementing the purge. The executive order for the purge violated his constitutional right to life and made it impossible to restock his store. As a result, the store was not stocked, and he lost profit.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $500 (Lost profit)
2. $250 (Legal Fees)

(Attach evidence and a list of witnesses at the bottom if applicable)

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

DATED: This 22 day of August 2021

EVIDENCE:

Evidence of Representation

Proof of profit for the (around) 2 weeks before the purge

Verdict

I will be dismissing this case on the grounds of it being a frivolous case.

The Plaintiff claims that the have lost profit due to being killer during the purge.

Murder was legal for a period of time, in which the defendant was killed. The fact that they lost profit was a side effect. The plaintiff knew the risk of being killed and decided to take the chance to restock his store.I will also be fining the plaintiff $60 for filing a frivolous case.

This case is hereby dismissed
