Amend the Oakridge Constitution
The citizens of Oakridge, through their elected Representatives in the Town-Council and the force of law ordained to that Town-Council by the people through the constitution of Oakridge, do hereby enact the following provisions into the by-laws:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Council Term Amendment Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Head of Residence Yeet_Boy
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Head of Event Coordination zLost
2 - Reasons
(1) The Redmont Congress does not have term limits, and is still able to run smoothly with new faces coming in often.
(2) The Oakridge community is too small to limit its most active and engaged players from serving in its town council.
3 - Amendment to the Article V of the Oakridge Constitution
a) A term of the Oakridge Town Council Advisor shall last for 2 months. No person shall serve more than 3 consecutive terms in any position.
