Controlled Substances Policy
The DOH Controlled Substances Policy provides details on the classes assigned to various health treatments under the Redmontian Health Service Act, as well as a list of items deemed illicit under the Criminal Terminology Act.

The DOH Controlled Substances Policy provides details on the classes assigned to various health treatments under the Redmontian Health Service Act, as well as a list of items deemed illicit under the Criminal Terminology Act.
TREATMENT CLASSIFICATIONS
CLASS AClass A treatments may only be administered by properly licensed individuals. At present there are no Class A treatments
CLASS B
Class B treatments may only be dispensed by properly licensed individuals. The following treatments are Class B:
- BlooGoo
- Earspray
- FeatherPluck Tonic
- Insulin
CLASS C
Class C treatments may be freely dispensed. The following treatments are Class C in compliance with EO 06/26:
- Aciclovir
- Activated Charcoal
- Antibiotics
- Antiemetic
- Bandage
- Cough Syrup
- Heat Pack
- Ice Pack
- Leg Splint
- Metrozol
- Pain Relief
- Rehydrating Solution
- Wrist Splint
ILLICIT SUBSTANCES
As per the Criminal Terminology Act, the Department of Health must maintain a list of all illicit substances, as defined by statute. A person may NOT possess, sell, distribute, traffic, or donate any amount of an illicit substance. The ingredients used to produce these substances are not themselves considered illicit.BUFFS
The following buffs are deemed illicit:
- Quix
- Tyalus Erthro
- Meep
- Fuchsin
- Hite
- Sleepitol
- Lerf
- Ermiya
- Glisp
- Azamath
The following elixirs are deemed illicit:
- Irish Shine
- Fire Shine
- Potato Shine
- Carrot Shine
- Spirit Shine
- Glow Berry Shine
- Sweet Berry Shine
The Controlled Substances Policy is updated and enforced at the discretion of the Secretary within their statutory authority and obligations. Any doubts, concerns or requests may be raised directly with the Secretary or Deputy Secretary.
