1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Democracycraft Constitutional Amendment Act (V) 2020”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Reasons
(1) To assure the Independence of Powers, no one can be part of more than 1 major power (The Government/cabinet, the congress and the court).
3 - Change
(1) ”The Government of DemocracyCraft is separated into three arms of Government: the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judiciary.” will be changed to “The Government of DemocracyCraft is separated into three arms of Government: the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judiciary. To ensure the independence of the three arms, no one can be part of more than one arm (a player cannot be a representative and a secretary or a judge at the same time). If a player runs for representative being from another arm and get elected, they will have to choose between being a representative or keeping their position in the other arm.”
