COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:
I. PARTIES
1. ComradeElmoO
2. ToasterWithADHD
II. FACTS
1. So I went to the airport to get a ticket to the mining town, and I happened to be holding my Thumper as my Hotbar was full. This guy sees me holding the thumper and immediately pulls out his gun. Now we are in the airport so I don't give a crap as there is a safe zone. So I walk in, not even walking towards him. He pulls out his netherite axe and starts beating me with it. So I start defending myself, and end up killing them because they wouldn't stop even though I gave them multiple chances.
2. Then they threatened to sue me, and swore me out.
3. So I ended up meeting up with them so that I could talk to them about not suing me.
4. They end up drawing on me and shot me twice.
5. They also punched me multiple times, and hit me 7 blocks into a hole.

III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. 13.0 - PVP & Trespassing
2. 13.1 - Assault
3. 13.2 - Verbal Threats
IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. Pay 10k To ComradeElmo0
2. Serve 10 minutes in Jail
