To enhance commerce and grant procedures within Oakridge

The citizens of Oakridge, through their elected Representatives in the Town-Council and the force of law ordained to that Town-Council by the people through the constitution of Oakridge, do hereby enact the following provisions into the by-laws:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Commerce Enhancement Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Head of Commerce Dodrio3
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Head of Residence Yeet_Boy

2 - Reasons
(1) Recognize the need to enhance the role of the Head of Commerce in the decision-making process for grant approvals.

3 - Head of Commerce Approval
(1) The Head of Commerce shall review and approve or deny applications for all grants based on the eligibility criteria.
(2) All grant applications must be submitted in the grants section of the Oakridge forums.
(3) Applicants are required to follow the specified application procedures outlined in the grants section.

4 - Business Start-Up Grant
(1)The Business Start-Up Grant will provide financial assistance of $5000 to support the establishment of new businesses in Oakridge.
(2) Eligibility to be eligible for the Business Start-Up Grant:
(a) The applicant must be a resident of Oakridge.

5 - Business Expansion Grant
(1) The Business Expansion Grant will offer financial assistance of $15000 to facilitate the expansion of businesses into Oakridge.
(2) Eligibility To be eligible for the Business Expansion Grant:
(a) The applicant must not currently own commercial property in Oakridge.

6 - Business Property Grant
(1) The Business Property Grant will provide financial assistance of $10000 to support businesses in purchasing property in Oakridge.
(2) Eligibility to be eligible for the Business Property Grant:
(a) The applicant must be a resident of Oakridge.
(b) The applicant must not own commercial plots in Oakridge prior to the grant.

7 - Renovations Grant
(1) The Renovations Grant will provide financial assistance of $3000 to support businesses in Oakridge with renovation projects.
(2) Eligibility to be eligible for the Renovations Grant:
(a) The applicant must be a resident of Oakridge.
(b) The applicant must own property within Oakridge.

8 - Crisis Recovery Grant
(1)The Crisis Recovery Grant will provide financial assistance of $10000 to businesses in Oakridge recovering from unexpected crises or economic downturns.
(2)The grant aims to provide financial support to businesses facing challenges and help them regain stability.
(3)Eligibility to be eligible for the Crisis Recovery Grant:
(a)The applicant must be a business based in Oakridge.
(b)The applicant must demonstrate the impact of the crisis on their business.
(c)The applicant must provide a clear plan outlining the steps for recovery and how the grant funds will be utilized.
