Make unoficial player settlements
The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
This Act may be cited as the “Colonization Act.”
This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
This Bill was authored by Representative Vernicia.
This Bill was cosponsored by Reprentative Wetc .
2 - Reasons
Support for creating unofficial settlements is needed to make DC more fun experience for players that wants to create their own community
3 – Terms
Players can now create unofficial Settlement.
Settlement woud not count in wild claim limit.
Settlement must have atleast 3 settlement members when founding and must be supported by 5 players.
Settlement must be registered on forum.
Settlement can have their own laws.
4 - Execution
Player register settlement on forum at Department of Environment & Recreation under new Settlements tab
Player will write down plan for settlement plans, goverment system, and laws that woud be different than hamilton laws.
Department of Environment & Recreation woud accept settlement after 3 settlers and 5 supporters ( including settlers ) will show support for Settlement.
Settlement can purchase land only as chunks and cost for one chunk (16x16 land ) will be 2000 dolars.
Claiming of land will be supported by ticket.
Settlements will be autonomous and will not get any support from state institutions and anything happening in the town is solved by governing system of the settlement.
Settlements with unactive leader for more than 1 month can elect new leader.
Settlements with leader unactive for more than 3 months can be unclaimned and cleaned by rangers.
