ClownREIT would use the grant money to help the acquisition of Commercial plots that will be developed into mixed-use properties. The first floors will have shops and the above floors will have apartments.

If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.
