The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

I. PARTIES
- The Plaintiff: The Citizens of Redmont, acting as a unified class, whose constitutional rights to representation, governance, and order have been severely infringed, represented herein by guiltypleasurez of ObsidianLegal LLC.
- The Defendant: The collective resigned officials of the Executive Branch (including the former President, Vice President, Cabinet, and Department Secretaries) and the Legislative Branch (including former Senators and Representatives) of the Commonwealth of Redmont, who have participated in a widespread cessation of government functions.
- Pursuant to Part II, Section 20(3)(a) of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, the Supreme Court of Redmont may "assume the responsibilities of the District and Federal Courts when necessary."
- Given that the entire Executive, Legislative, and law enforcement (DOJ) apparatus has collapsed simultaneously, leaving no functioning lower courts, state prosecutors, or government administration, an unprecedented state of national emergency exists. The Plaintiff moves this Honorable Court to exercise original jurisdiction over this matter of supreme constitutional gravity.
- On or around recent days, a political dispute culminated in a coordinated, en masse resignation of the President, the Vice President, the entire Cabinet, and all active members of both the Senate and the House of Representatives.
- Following this coordinated resignation, the Department of Justice (DOJ) as an executive department under Part III, Section 30—has completely ceased to exist. There are no remaining state prosecutors, no active federal law enforcement, and no administrative officers to execute judicial orders or police the server.
- This coordinated mass resignation was not an orderly transition of power, but a deliberate abandonment of public office designed to freeze the state, halt the legislative process, empty the treasury, and disable public safety departments.
- By resigning simultaneously, the Defendants deliberately ensured that the Order of Succession outlined in Part III, Section 26 was rendered completely impossible to execute, as there is no Vice President to assume office under Section 26(1), and no President of the Senate to assume a caretaker administration under Section 26(2).
- This mass abdication has left the Commonwealth of Redmont in a state of absolute constitutional anarchy, depriving citizens of essential services, law enforcement, legal processes, and democratic representation.
- Violation of the Preamble & Sovereign Binding: The Preamble of the Constitution states that "All citizens and the Government of the Commonwealth of Redmont will abide by these here set principles to unite as an indissoluble nation." By conspiring to resign en masse and actively collapsing the state, the Defendants have violated their supreme constitutional binding to maintain an "indissoluble nation," choosing instead to dissolve the government entirely.
- Sabotage of Constitutional Executive Succession (Part III, Section 26): The Constitution mandates a continuous, unbroken executive branch. Section 26(2) provides that if both the President and Vice President are vacant, the President of the Senate must step in as a caretaker. By resigning concurrently, the Legislative and Executive officers deliberately broke this succession loop, sabotaging the constitutional mechanism designed to prevent power vacuums.
- Deprivation of Fundamental Rights (Part V, Section 35):
- Section 35(14) - Security of the Person: With the total collapse of the Department of Justice and all federal law enforcement, the state has abandoned its duty to protect the citizenry. Players are left in anarchy, with no protection against unlawful activities, griefing, or violence, fundamentally violating their right to "security of the person."
- Section 35(9) - Right to a Speedy and Fair Trial: Because the DOJ has ceased to exist, there is no prosecuting authority to administer justice, file criminal charges, or process legal disputes. The judiciary has been left entirely isolated and unable to function, actively denying citizens their right to have legal disputes resolved or to have "the assistance of legally qualified counsel" in state matters.
- Constitutional Dereliction and Oath Violation (Part I, Section 2 & Section 52): Under Part I, Section 2, Congress is constitutionally mandated to "represent the will of the people and is responsible for debating, creating, removing, and amending laws." A coordinated, sudden mass resignation to shut down the government is the ultimate act of constitutional dereliction of duty, abandoning the very core of democratic representation.
- A Declaratory Judgment stating that the coordinated mass resignation was unconstitutional, violating the Preamble's mandate of an "indissoluble nation" and constituting a gross violation of public trust.
- An Emergency Judicial Petition to the Network Staff and Server Manager pursuant to Part VII, Section 38 and Section 39, requesting that Staff exercise their reserve override powers to bypass the broken succession loop, dissolve the vacant seats, and immediately facilitate emergency, server-wide elections to restore a functional, constitutional democracy.
- An Emergency Interim Order requesting that the Network Staff temporarily deputize emergency peacekeepers or establish basic moderation protections to secure the server and preserve player "security of the person" under Section 35(14) until a constitutional government can be re-established.
- Punitive economic damages in the form of a court-ordered financial stimulus distributed to all active citizens, funded by the remaining state treasury and seized player assets, to compensate for the economic standstill and loss of server gameplay caused by the Defendants' actions.
- Exhibit 1: The Democracy Craft Discord Server and all messages within.
- Exhibit 2: The Democracy Craft Minecraft Server.

- Witnesses: The active player base of DemocracyCraft
