How do you plan on using your grant funding?
I am requesting a starter grant of $2,000 to launch a property renovation business. The funds will be used for two primary purposes:

Property Acquisition: To purchase a low-cost, under-developed, or 'blighted' residential plot (specifically targeting areas like Willow or the suburbs).

Renovation & Beautification: To buy high-quality building materials to improve the structure. My goal is to transform 'ugly' or abandoned plots into modern, affordable starter homes for new citizens.

By doing this, I will help improve the city's overall 'Beauty' rating and provide move-in-ready housing, which is currently in high demand for new players.

Ideal Grant Amount $2,000

If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.

Update: I have officially passed my Contractor exam with a 100% score. I am now fully licensed to begin renovations immediately upon approval of this grant.
