Prevent mass killings.​

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “ Cereal killer act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3)Credits: Bill idea Elaina Thomas.


2 - Reason:
During events or just at spawn mass killings take place and asking everyone if they consent before arresting the killer is slow and annoying.

3 - Terms:
Under MISCELLANEOUS LAWS add the following law.
1 - Mass Murder:
Killing 3+ people in the span of 2 minutes (The Killer will be prosecuted immediately unless the victims do Consent to the killing before any action is taken)
Punishment:
Each player killed will be counted as like any other murder.
