IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT CRIMINAL ACTION
Aridabest2013, CarterFigueroa and thatsaimbot Prosecution
v.
oliwag1 Defendant
COMPLAINT The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:
PROSECUTING AUTHORITY REPORT The Prosecution represents the interests of victims steveblock23, woocas, and CarterFigueroa, who suffered direct harm as a result of the Defendant's actions.
I. PARTIES
Aridabest2013 (Prosecution)
thatsaimbot (Prosecution)
steveblock23 (Victim)
woocas (Victim)
CarterFigueroa (Victim, DCT Inspector)
oliwag1 (Defendant)
II. FACTS
oliwag1 publicly advertised and promoted the Church of Staffolof , actively inviting players to visit. No signs designating the premises as private property were posted at any entrance or within the building at any time relevant to this case.
woocas, having seen the public advertisement and being curious about the Church of Staffolof, requested the location and attended to look around. Upon arrival, they were directed downstairs, whereupon oliwag1 locked the elevator and doors, trapping woocas inside against their will. woocas begged for mercy but oliwag1 continued to attack them.
steveblock23 attended the church to participate in a "Staffolof speedrun" — a known activity at the location at the time. No signs prohibiting this activity were posted at the time of attendance. steveblock23 was subsequently critted by oliwag1 and called law enforcement.
DCT Inspector CarterFigueroa arrived to look at the ongoing incident. Upon arrival, oliwag1 demanded all parties leave. CarterFigueroa, informed the Defendant that the parties were not required to leave, as no private property signage or posted restrictions existed.
oliwag1 proceeded to physically attack (crit) both steveblock23 and CarterFigueroa. In lawful self-defense, steveblock23 and CarterFigueroa — who holds a valid firearms license — defended themselves. This cycle of unprovoked attack and lawful self-defense repeated multiple times over approximately 40 seconds.
oliwag1 subsequently trapped CarterFigueroa inside the church building for approximately 10 minutes against his will, while steveblock23 waited outside.
The church premises are a rented commercial property, not private property. oliwag1 was actively soliciting the public to enter at the time of these events, further negating any claim of private property rights.
III. CHARGES
Murder x2 — steveblock23: oliwag1 killed steveblock23 twice, in violation of the Criminal Code Act.
Attempted Murder — steveblock23 (additional counts): oliwag1 made further attempts to kill steveblock23 beyond the two successful kills, in violation of the Criminal Code Act.
Attempted Murder — woocas (multiple counts): oliwag1 repeatedly critted woocas with intent to kill, in violation of the Criminal Code Act.
Attempted Murder — CarterFigueroa (multiple counts): oliwag1 repeatedly critted CarterFigueroa with intent to kill, in violation of the Criminal Code Act.
