Amend the Cabinet Approval Act​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Cabinet Approval Repair Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons
(1) Section 3 Clause 4 of the Cabinet Approval Act mandates that the duties of the Secretary shall fall to no one in the event that the Secretary position remains vacant for more than 7 days. While it is unlikely to happen, this clause can be dangerous and lead to the complete collapse of our departments.

3 - Terms
(1) Section 3 Clause 4 shall be removed from the Cabinet Approval Act.
