We currently own and operate Gementer — DemocracyCraft Events the platform for hosting and discovering events in DemocracyCraft. Events can be created and ran by any players with incentives and checks for successfully hosting/joining events.

Reason:
This grant is to help establish Gementer's presence in Oakridge. The funds would be used for:
- Renting a plot in Oakridge to host events.
- Marketing for said events in Oakridge.
- Hiring operational staff to host events.
Additional Information:
GemHoldings ("GH") is a DemocracyCraft investment firm focused on private equity. We plan to create value in the DemocracyCraft economy for the businesses we back, for the players who use what we build, and for the firm. Gementer is one of our subsidiary assets that allows players to host and join events.
