A lot of potential suppliers are based in Oakridge, and this opportunity would allow us to connect with them, increasing the flow of money.

Grant Amount Requested: $20000
Use of the grant:
Property Purchases: 10000-15000 - Establishing a warehouse
Local goods purchasing for inventory: 4000 - Filling up our newly established warehouse with local goods
Equipment: 1000 - Setting up the warehouse with barrels, shulker boxes, etc.
(If there is surplus from the property purchases, they will go to the inventory category)

What property do you intend to purchase or rent to establish a warehouse as stated in your grant application?

Currently we are undecided, as most of the commercial plots in Oakridge are sold via Auctions, and there is no complete guarantee that we will score the property that we wish to gain.

Regardless we plan to aggressively bid on auctions, and continue to talk to various realtors.
