The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I was fishing at the Aventura spawn on the bridge, when all of a sudden, my heath drops to 1 heart and I get killed with NO time to react. (Exhibit A,B) In chat I read “911 blimeydog2006 has murdered you!”

1. Whilst fishing, the Plaintiff got jumped and murdered

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Attempted murder – CCA, Part IV, Section 2. Plaintiff got dropped to 1 heart (Exhibit A)
2. Murder – CCA, Part IV, Section 3. Right after the Plaintiff was dropped to one heart, he go hit again and murdered (Exhibit B,C)

The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
