The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

II. FACTS
1. The DCT and DOS collaborated to create a wonderful new train station
2. The original price was $8
3. They later changed the price to $25

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Neither the DOS nor DCT have that power through the constitution

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. That the transit prices be lowered back down to their original amount until edited by congress or through an executive order
