Establish a new law surrounding Bounties

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ”Bounty Prevention Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Speaker - MilkCrack

2 - Reasons
Due to the addition of Bounties, there is no punishment at this time, or any law surrounding it. Hence a new law needs to be established surrounding it.

3 - Punishment and law
The following laws shall be added under the section 17.0 Miscellaneous

17.21 - Bounty Placement
The act of placing a bounty

First offense - 100$ Fine
Second Offense - 250$ fine
Third Offence 300$ Fine + 5 Min Jail

17.22

Bounty Hunting
The act of murdering a player with a bounty in a town or city
Please Note (this overrides Murder)

200$ Fine + 15 Min Jail Time

High Bounty Placement
The act of placing a bounty higher than 1500$

First offense - 250$ Fine
Second Offense - 500$ fine
Third Offence 750$ Fine + 10 Min Jail
