By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

This case is completely riddled with errors, not least of which is the fact that this is a criminal complaint filed under a civil case by a private citizen. There are also numerous mistakes in the format, all of which someone filing a case should understand. This is an absolutely ridiculous waste of the court's time.

This case is dismissed, and I hereby order that the Plaintiff be fined $60 for filing a frivolous case.
