IN THE COURT OF DEMOCRACYCRAFT CIVIL ACTION Blockblowers Plaintiff v. mr_squid1999 Defendant COMPLAINT The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows: WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF: I have sold my apartment b-apts3 to the defendant under the conditions that he paid me 500$ and if he paid another 500$ every 4 weeks for 16 weeks in total he could keep the apartment yet the defendant didn't pay the money to me and has been AFK since he paid me the initial 500$ which was clearly separate from the 500$ per week I. PARTIES 1. Blockblowers (plaintiff) 2. mr_squid1999(defendant) II. FACTS 1. Defendant signed a contract to pay 500$ every 4 for 16 weeks, the contract also states that he has to give the apartment back if he fails to pay in time 2. Defendant not only failed to do so but hasn't been online for 28 days III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF 1. According to the case, UtahCowboy20 vs. The_Angel_Wings (Case No. 08-2020-25) a breach of contract is a valid reason to claim for relief IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant: 1. I want apartment b-apts3 to be transferred back to Blockblowers DATED: This 26th of august 2020.
