Case Filing
IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF REDMONT
CIVIL DIVISION
Blobdzy
Plaintiff
v.
! RavenReap
Defense
I. COMPLAINT & STATEMENT OF FACTS
1, he Plaintiff (Blobdzy) and the Defendant (! RavenReap) engaged in preliminary business negotiations regarding the acquisition of the Plaintiff's company by the firm known as "RRBuilders".
2. During these negotiations, the Defendant explicitly attempted to deceive the Plaintiff regarding his financial standing to induce him into an unfavorable business agreement. The Defendant falsely claimed to possess $500,000 in revenue from a single construction job and stated that these funds were secured in a bank account.
3. As demonstrated by the attached evidence, the Defendant's financial claims were entirely fraudulent. Immediately after boasting about this financial stability, the Defendant publicly asked in a Discord channel how to open a bank account with the specified institution (DRB) from scratch. He subsequently attempted to generate a fake balance and manipulate the transaction.
4. Upon being questioned about the inconsistencies, the Defendant engaged in bad-faith intimidation, deploying threats of meritless legal action from a fictitious legal entity to harass the Plaintiff and force compliance.
5. Due to the Defendant's fraudulent actions, the Plaintiff suffered significant business disruption, loss of commercial time, and malicious harassment, necessitating legal intervention.
II. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Civil Claims Act - Fraud in the Inducement & Misrepresentation: The Defendant deliberately fabricated financial revenue ($500k) and banking credentials to deceive the Plaintiff into ceding corporate shares. This constitutes a severe civil tort under Redmont's common law and corporate guidelines.
2. Civil Claims Act - Fabricating Evidence & Commercial Bad Faith: The Defendant utilized external simulator bots to forge financial documents to trick a citizen in a commercial transaction.
3. Civil Claims Act - Tortious Interference & Business Harassment: The Defendant weaponized a fictitious law firm to intimidate and harass the Plaintiff during a commercial dispute, causing distress and business disruption.
