@ameslap can you please modify the attachment in the first post of this thread with it? This is to ensure compliance with Legal Entity Act PART III, Section 2(1)(e) which stipulates that "1. The Incorporated Entity Summary shall be the first post in the Company Docket and shall be updated without undue delay by the incorporated entity to contain the most recent information listed below: (e) the latest version of the formation instrument".

No cash purchase price or additional parent shares are issued by this instrument. Slap Corp. accepts through its authorized representative after formation.

The transfer takes effect upon its required filing after Slap Corp. is legally formed and has accepted it, or at a later time expressly stated in the filing. The member register shall then show Slap Corp., Regular Member, 100%. Until then, Ameslap remains the member.
