The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF


I. PARTIES
1. BabySoga (as Plaintiff)
2. xDarkkex (as Defendant)
3. The Commonwealth of Redmont (as Witness)

II. FACTS
1. BabySoga worked as Creative Manager in the Dept. of Public Affairs.
2. BabySoga was fired by Juniperfigs on the 10th of July in juniperfigs Function of Acting Secretary (as in the evidence below).
3. BabySoga asked with @Secretary Role in the DPA Discord if the decision of Termination was appealable (as in the evidence below).
4. xDarkkex responded (as seen in the evidence below).
5. After this BabySoga asked xDarkkex if he was the Secretary.
6. xDarkkex told BabySoga that he was the current Secretary.
7. BabySoga after this found that he had unjustly responded to him(as seen in evidence below).

8. xDarkkex served as Secretary until July 10th after which he needed a Mental Break.
9. Juniperfigs was appointed Acting Secretary on the 10th of July.
10. xDarkkex annouced he would be returning on the 12th July, on the 12th of July.
11. As Juniperfigs was appointed Acting Secretary xDarkkex was removed therefore incase of returning would need to be reconfirmed by the Senate.
12. xDarkkex said whilst not being confirmed as Secretary that i am the Secretary.
13. xDarkkex also gave out information that the decision of termination wasn't appealable(I was removed on my Employment ticket so no Evidence though possible witness in the DPA Leadership).


III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. By impersanation of the Goverment he has not only obtained Information on BabySoga's unjustly employement.
2. He also acted as the Secretary and said he was. He could not have been the Secretary since the would have to be confirmed.
3. He gave BabySoga information on his employement Status which he isnt allowed to do.
4. He also lied to BabySoga and the Rest of Democracycraft which is abuse of his Power especially using it in #Goverment Annoucements Channel.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Removal of permissions from xDarkkex in the DPA.
2. 5000 Redmontian Dollars as Punitive Damages.
3. 1500 Redmontian Dollars as Emotional Damages from being defrauded.

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

EMERGENCY INJUNCTION

The Plaintiff believes it is of the most importance to remove xDarkkex's powers which are the roles of Public Affairs Secretary. The Plaintiff respectfully requests that:

1. All actions taken by xDarkkex with the roles of Public Affairs Secretary since the 10th of July to be ineffective for the remainder of this case.
2. xDarkkex's powers (roles of Secretary of Public Affairs) be halted for the remainder of this case

OR (to allow the functioning of the DPA)

2. The last (deputy Public Affairs Secretary: zLost, BabySoga)), or (the last Acting Secretary: Juniperfigs) be installed for the remainder of this Case.

Court Order

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
DISMISSAL

This court is dismissing this case through Rule 5.14. Also the emergency injunction is hereby denied.

First, the court fails to recognize some of the facts listed by the claimant as factual. Secretary xDarkkex was confirmed by the Senate, took a leave of absence, not a resignation and then returned to their post. xDarkkex remained as the Secretary even when the Vice President was named in the acting capacity. Additionally based on the timeline of events, when XDarkkex responded to the Claimant, they were back from their leave of absence and was communicating as the Secretary once more.


Second, to the best of my ability, it appears as if this case was filed not by a basis of law - there were no laws being cited in any of this filing - but as a way of achieving a political end. I will not be charging the claimant with a frivolous case in this instance, but would highly suggest that if the Claimant would like a political solution they should engage with the Executive and Legislative branches to achieve such solutions instead of here in the courts.
