Establish the AVMuseum​

BE IT ENACTED by the Mayor and Council of Aventura:

1 - Short Title
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'AVMuseum Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon assent by the Mayor.
(3) This Act has been authored by Councillor Anthony_org.

2 - Reasons
(1) Aventura should preserve its cultural, artistic, and historical heritage for residents and visitors.

3 - Establishment of the AVMuseum
(1) The AVMuseum is hereby established as an official government-operated non-profit institution of the Town of Aventura.
(2) The AVMuseum shall operate under the Office of Community unless otherwise delegated by the Mayor.
(3) The AVMuseum may contain historical exhibits, artwork, tourism displays, and additional community creations approved by the Aventura Government.
(4) The AVMuseum shall operate solely for cultural, tourism, and historical preservation purposes and shall not operate for private profit.
(5) The Aventura Government may appoint museum staff, curators, or advisors for the operation of the AVMuseum.
(6) The Aventura Government may appropriate funding, or resources toward the operation of the AVMuseum.
