Establish the Aventura News Department and Aventura News journalist role and payment scheme.

BE IT ENACTED by the Mayor and Council of Aventura:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ' Aventura News Act '
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signing.
(3) This Act has been authored by: theman_youfeelme

2 - Reasons
(1) The Aventura News Department will bring jobs for all residents of the Commonwealth of Redmont

(2) This will allow both residents of Aventura and the rest of the Commonwealth of Redmont to stay up to date with everything happening in Aventura.


(3) To bring more tourism into Aventura

3 - Establishment of the Aventura News Department

(1) The Aventura News Department shall also be called
(1.a) Av news
(1.b) Aventura News

(3) The Aventura News Department shall operate as an official government-run non-profit of the institution of the Town of Aventura

(4) The Aventura News Department shall operate under the Office of Community unless otherwise directed by the mayor or deputy mayor.

(5) Aventura News shall write articles only about Aventura, including but not limited to:

(a) Events run in Aventura
(b)Businesses run in Aventura
(c) Interviews with business owners and residents, and Aventura council members.
(d) Stories about upcoming elections in Aventura and stories about politicians in Aventura if done naturally and not as an opinion piece

(6.) Current operator (3.4) can delete, deny, and approve articles.


(7) No article may be written by artificial intelligence,


4- Establishment of journalist the Aventura News Department role

(1) Aventura News journalists shall also be called: Aventura journalists

(2) Aventura News journalists shall be hired and fired, and overseen by the current operator (3.4), which can delete articles if the guidelines are broken (3.5) and (3.7)

(3) Aventura journalist shall not write opinion-based news and must be natural

(4) The current operator (3.4) shall be able to give strikes if the guidelines (3.5) are broken.
(a)3 strikes and ur out.
(b) If found to break (3.7) by the current operator (3.4), they shall instantly fire them on the spot with no warning


(5) The current operator (3.4) shall be able to fire somebody due to being inactive; this is deemed by the current operator,
they would need to give a warning, and 7 weeks; if not fixed, they will be able to fire them.



5- Journalist the Aventura News Department payment scheme

(1) The payments shall be paid out of the Office of Community budget.

(2) The article payment Scheme:
(a) Every article shall be given a base payment of 5k
(b) Every high-quality article deemed by the current operator (3.4) shall be paid 12k
