Make arrests on citizen’s property illegal.​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Arrest On Private Property Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Representative xAntho_ny
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Representive Beezergeezer
2 - Reasons
(1) Currently, the Department Of Justice can arrest players if they are in reach of them on the player’s property.
(2) This bill will make it so the Department Of Justice can not arrest players at all if they are on their private property, unless they have a warrant.

3 - Terms
(1) The Department Of Justice is not allowed to arrest players if they are on their own property, even if they are in reach. The player would have to be off of their property in order to be arrested.
(2) If a member of the Department Of Justice is caught arresting a player on their property, that arrest should be removed from their record by the department or in the courts.
(3) If the Justice Department would like to arrest a player and they are on their property, the department will have to request a warrant through the courts to access their property to arrest the player.
