Arm the Department of Justice

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Arm DOJ Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by bigpappa140
(4) This Act has been proposed by Rep. zLost
(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. Yeet_Boy

2 - Reasons
(A) The DOJ deals with armed criminals most of the time.
(B) The DOJ should be armed to protect themselves and the people in times when someone is disturbing the peace with violent measures.

3 - Terms

1. Provide Police members with weapons.
(A) DOJ employee RCT (Recruit) None.
(B) DOJ employee PO+ (Police Officer) Glock 17.
(C) DOJ employee SGT+ (Sergeant) Remington.
(D) DOJ employee LT+ (Lieutenant) M4A1s.

2. Every member of the DOJ keeps the standard(s).
(A) Standard Handcuffs.
(B) Standard Taser.

3. Abusing weapons results in one infraction or removal from the department.
(A) Killing without proper reason.
(B) Selling your weapon.
(C) Allowing someone else to use your weapon.

4. The reasoning for the use of weapons.
(A) Assault I.E. Pointing a weapon.
(B) Threat. I.E. Threatening to shoot DOJ member.​
