Propose the government budget to Congress For November​

1 - Notes
(1)This is by no means an exhaustive list of all expenses, as salaries are impossible to track with our current plugin;
Commissions are included;
(2)All government departments, the Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch will receive a monthly budget;
The Judicial budget does not include court payouts and fines.

2 - Government Departments
(1) The Department of Justice (DoJ) shall be appropriated $5000 from the Government Balance for the month of November;
(2) The Department of Education and Commerce (DEC) shall be appropriated $100,000 from the Government Balance for the month of November;
(3) The Department of Public Affairs (DPA) shall be appropriated $35,000 from the Government Balance for the month of November;
(4) The Department of Construction and Transport (DCT) shall be appropriated $110,000 from the Government Balance for the month of November;
(5) The Department of Health (DoH) shall be appropriated $60,000 from the Government Balance for the month of November;
(6) The Department of Environment and Recreation (DER) shall be appropriated $50,000 from the Government Balance for the month of November, and;
(7) The Department of State (DoS) shall be appropriated $35,000 from the Government Balance for the month of November.

3 - Branches and Additional Entities
(1) The Legislature of the Government of DemocracyCraft shall be appropriated $5000 from the Government Balance for the month of November;
(2) The Judiciary of the Government of DemocracyCraft shall be appropriated $5000 from the Government Balance for the month of November, and;
(3) The office of the Attorney General (AG) of DemocracyCraft shall be appropriated $5000 from the Government Balance for the month of November.

4 - Budget Tracking
(1) In the #budget channel, all departments, branches, and additional entities will be required to report any spending over a certain threshold:
(a) DoJ, report all spending over $100;
(b) DEC, report all spending over $8,000;
(c) DPA, report all spending over $1,000;
(d) DCT, report all spending over $3,000;
(e) DoH, report all spending over $250;
(f) DER, report all spending over $2,000;
(g) DoS, report all spending over $100;
(h) Legislature, report all spending over $0;
(i) Judiciary, report all spending over $0; and
(j) AG, report all spending over $0;

5 - Fiscal Accounts
(1) All Departments shall have a new “Bank” minecraft account, which shall be apportioned the monthly budget by the Treasurer. The names of the accounts shall be:
(a) DCGovernmentDOJ;
(b) DCGovernmentDEC;
(c) DCGovernmentDPA;
(d) DCGovernmentDCT;
(e) DCGovernmentDOH;
(f) DCGovernmentDER;
(g) DCGovernmentDOS;
(h) DCGovernmentLEG;
(i) DCGovernmentJUD; and
(j) DCGovernmentAG.
(2) In the event a budget addition is approved, the correct money will be apportioned.
