Propose a Budget for the Month of April​

(1) Notes
(a) This is an exhaustive list of all expenses
(b) Commissions are included;
(c) All government departments, the Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch will receive a monthly budget;
(d) The judicial budget does not include court payouts and fines.

(2) Departments will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance:
(a) Department of State (DOS): $100,000;
(b) Department of Justice (DOJ) $77,000;
(c) Department of Legal Affairs (DLA): $200,000;
(d) Department of Commerce (DOC): $350,000;
(e) Department of Public Affairs (DPA): $400,000;
(f) Department of Construction and Transportation (DCT) $180,000;
(g) Department of Health (DOH): $70,000;
(h) Department of Interior (DOI): $350,000;
(i) Department of Education (DOE): $200,000

(3) Presidential Reserve
(a) The President will have a discretionary fund for the purposes of appropriating to executive departments as required. This reserve is set at: $25,000

(4) Branches and Additional Entities will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance:
(a) Legislature (LEG): $2,500
(b) Judiciary (JUD): $25,000
(c) Redmont Bar Association (RBA): $60,000

(5) Budget Tracking
In the ⁠budget channel, all departments, branches, and additional entities will be required to report any spending over: $0

(6) Fiscal Accounts
All Departments shall have a minecraft account, which shall be apportioned as the monthly budget in its balance. The names of the accounts shall be:

(7) Spending Regulation
(a) Public Money is not to be appropriated by Secretaries for the purposes of employee bonuses.
(b) Structured productivity competitions where there is proven tangible performance like 'Staff Member of the Month' are exempt, however no more than $5,000 can be allocated to these competitions per month, per Department.
