Protect the Government’s secret informations
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
2 - Reasons for Proposal
Disclosing a Secret information of the Government, related to the State’s Affairs
Per offence: 500$ fine + Removal of the official at the 3rd offence

Protect the Government’s secret informations
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
- This Act may be cited as the “Act of Privatisation of Government Information (APGI)”.
- This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
- Authored by Senator Ansgard_Ist and proposed by Speaker of the House Intercepticon
2 - Reasons for Proposal
- Protect the government’s secret information.
- Make illegal the disclosure of secret information.
- Every Information/message sent in a government channel, such as congressional ones, cabinet ones, or legislative ones, related to state affairs, is considered as a government secret information and may not be divulged.
- Those Informations must be disclosed by an official announcement
- Lawsuits, impeachment trials, gov-announcements, and whistleblowers leaking violations of law are exempted.
- This act make the disclosure of secret information illegal, by a $500 fine per offence, and a removal from the position at the 3rd offence
- The following section would be added to the “Miscellaneous Laws” section of “Rules and Laws”:
