BILL
To
Clarify Trespassing in relation to signs and amend the SLATT Act.

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “A Cool Trespassing Definition Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This bill was authored by Representative A__C.
(4) This Act is co-sponsored by Senator black_ven0m.
(5) This bill was approved by Justice Secretary ElainaThomas29.

2 - Reasons
(1) There is no specifics for trespassing in relation to the location of the sign on the Trespassing law yet under the SLATT act. This can make it hard for law enforcement to properly determine whether or not a person is trespassing, either on private property or in the bank.
(2) This clarification is cool.

3 - Terms
Adds a term under Section 4 - Additional Terms of the SLATT Act:
3. A person is trespassing if they are standing next to or beyond a No Trespassing sign.

Nay - wording is way too vague. If I am standing on commonwealth land next to a trespassing sign, I am technically breaking the law.

Current is comprehensive and works well:

Trespassing:
To enter or be in a place without the consent of the owner or management of the place; to remain in the place after being requested to leave (minimum of two warnings or a sign) grants the owner legal authority to initiate PvP provided they can prove that the trespasser was warned.
