Aye, there is a lot here, but in short I believe this is an area that has been sorely needing some sort of legal recognition and regulation for quite a while. This bill serves that well

Aye, i agree with the stated reasons. This will significantly lighten the load by spreading it across more judges and make the judiciary more streamlined as a whole
