What Case are you Appealing?: [2026] DCR 55

Basis for Appeal: District Court used wrong procedural basis for dismissal. Case involves private player conduct, not government action. Court applied incorrect standing requirement. Contempt ruling and fine lack valid legal basis under court rules.

The Federal Court has no choice but to deny this appeal on the basis that Plaintiff is not qualified to practice law within the Federal Court, as they are not a Barrister with the proper Qualification for this case.

I will, however, allow the Plaintiff to re-file an appeal within the next two weeks if they obtain the proper qualification or obtain qualified legal counsel to file on their behalf.
