COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

On the 9th of June, the Defendant, TheBestFox, hired the Plaintiff, MaxvEtten, as an attorney. They agreed that the Plaintiff would recieve $250 (Guaranteed) in Administative costs, and would keep all the legal fees, if granted. The case was dismissed, and the Defendant is refusing to pay the Plaintiff.

I. PARTIES
1. MaxvEtten, Plaintiff
2. TheBestFox, Defendant

II. FACTS

1. On the 9th of June the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed that the Plaintiff would be the Defendant's lawyer in the case 'TheBestFox v. Monzter9697'.
2. They agreed that the Plaintiff would recieve $250 in administative fees, and all the legal fees, if granted.
3. The agreement said that the Plaintiff would recieve his money, after the case was completed.
4. The agreement did not specify that he would only recieve his money upon winning / losing the case or also if the case was dismissed.
5. 'TheBestFox v. Monzter9697' was dismissed on the 14th of June at 8:31.
6. The Plaintiff informed the Defendant that the case was dismissed, and requested that the $250 would be paid within 3 buisness days.
7. The Defendant denied this request, arguing that the dismissal of the case ment he did not have to pay the $250.
8. After a back and forth conversation, the Defendant said he would pay $50.
9. The Plaintiff denied this offer, and threathend to take legal action. The Defendant refused to pay the requested amount, and ignored any other message by the Plaintiff.
10. The Defendant's conduct constitutes a material breach of contract, resulting in quantifiable financial harm to the Plaintiff for which relief is now sought.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

Claim I: Compensatory Damages

1. The Plaintiff seeks Compensatory Damages, in the amount of $250 for the value of the withheld payment.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF

The Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court grant the following relief against the Defendant:
1. $250 in Compensatory Damages.
2. Any late fees the court finds just and proper.
3. Any applicable legal fees awarded to the prevailing party.
4. Any other relief the Court finds just and proper.

Your Honor,

The Plaintiff submits that the conversation in P-001 between parties constitutes a valid and binding agreement for $250 administration costs.

On top of that the Plaintiff would like to submit P-004 as evidence, in which The Defendant explicitly confirms the mutual understanding and acceptance for the administration fees.
