Case Filing
IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION
savannah212467 (Plaintiff)
v.
absinf (Defendant)
COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
Absinf deleted the Iustitia firm discord, causing delays on cases, and causing business delays because there was no server for people to join and hire Iustitia.
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
Due to the loss of the ability for the plaintiff to manage their law firm, they also experienced a loss of enjoyment of Redmont because they would find enjoyment and fun in doing cases, checking on case progress etc because it gave them a purpose in DC and gave them something to do.
I. PARTIES
1. Savannah212467 (plaintif)
2. absinf (defendant)
II. FACTS
1. On January 19th, 2026 at 11:32 pm (MST) Savannah212467 opened a staff ticket and brought attention to inappropriate conduct of the defendant. She provided proof of the inappropriate act, then went to bed at around 1am. At 11:52pm (mst) Absinf sent a message pinging the plaintiff and saying “r u complaining about me?” Followed by “yoo” (P-001) End quote. At 12:53 am, (MST) the plaintiff received another message from Absinf, saying “Thx for deporting me permanently” End quote. (P-002)
2. The following day, (January 20th, 2026) at 6:06 am (MST), the defendant went on discord and went to see the Iustitia server. The server was no longer in her server list. She had contacted witness PricelessAgrari to see if he was in the server. Priceless confirmed that no, he was not in the server (P-003) The defendant got messages from another witness and Employee of Iustitia Law Firm, amatwiedle, asking why they weren’t in the iustitia discord (P-004). Multiple messages regarding this followed, showing that it was not just a few people being kicked out of the server, and that it was a whole deletion. Additionally, to further support that it was a full deletion, the plaintiff held the role of server founder, meaning that absinf wouldn't have been able to simply kick the plaintiff out of the server (P-005)
3. The plaintiff had to apologize to everyone that had a case or other legal matter with Iustitia and inform them that they are experiencing delays and difficulties, due to the loss of resources and lack of case information (all the information given in case tickets had to be regiven by the clients due to the deletion of the server), therefore causing monetary delays as well as a loss of business in general, as the plaintiff wasn't able to get any more business to the firm since before it was deleted (even after the discord was remade on January 22nd.) Before the server was deleted and remade, the server had new joins almost daily. Since it was remade, no one new has the server, showing a loss in traction and engagement as well as business slowing.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The plaintiff lost valuable information regarding cases and had to make a new discord server after it was deleted.
2. The new server has seen a dramatic decrease in joins and business due to the defendant deleting the server.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $30,000 in Punitive Damages for the outrageous act of deleting and destroying legal records, archives, and possible business in the future.
2. $15,000 in Consequential Damages for loss of enjoyment in Redmont, as the plaintiff’s ability to manage their law firm was diminished.
