How do you plan on using your grant funding?
We plan to use the money that is granted to us to build afforadble housing, <$100 monthly rent in underdeveloped areas to try and and help out new players. We also want to create new commercial properties for other companies to develop a new commercial park area.

Ideal Grant Amount $175,000

If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.

Denied

Your Grant application has been denied. The Housing market is oversaturated, there are already many companies providing free housing. The Department of Commerce does currently not see itself able to invest in that market.
