Re-Reform Wild Regions

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Personal Project Protections Act” or as the “Tripe Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This bill was authored by Interior Secretary winterwolf.
(4) This bill was cosponsored by Scassany.

2 - Reasons
(1) To replace the Third WAP Act.
(2) To ensure that personal wild regions remain true to staff intent.
(3) To address plugin limitations.
(4) To provide a guideline for personal wild regions.
(5) To allow the Department of the Interior to evict personal wild regions as per staff intent.
(6) To provide reasoning for rangers to get paid for work done in international land.
(7) This act should not be changed unless staff policy changes.

3 - Repeal
(1) The Third WAP Act will be repealed in its entirety.

4 - Terms
(1) Players can own a region in the wilderness according to the rules determined by staff intent.

5 - Evictability
(1) The Department of the Interior shall retain jurisdiction to establish regulations outside of this law and to evict wild regions in accordance with staff intent. These regulations will be listed under Department policy and will be displayed on the relevant rules and laws page node.
